Y6 Pals training
Yesterday we completed our Play Leaders training (PALs). We had lots of active fun exploring and developing our leadership skills.
Rainwater Challenge
We have all enjoyed designing and making a rainwater harvester to try and catch as much rain as possible.
This was after we learned in our RE lesson about the importance of water, and how and why some people in parts of Africa harvest their rainwater.

Year Two took part in the whole school Harvest festival at Trinity Methodist Church today.

Fire Safety
On Monday 18th October we held our first Fire Drill.
The children and staff all evacuated the building quickly and well within the specified 3 minutes.
Reception and Pre-School did exceptionally well and were so sensible. Mrs O'Hanlon was very proud of them.
Silver Birch Log Pile
A big thankyou to Mr Buckett for making our new sign!
We have added leaves and some twigs around the logs now, so hopefully lots of animals will now make their home there.
We will let you know next year which animals we find living in our log pile.
Times Tables Rockstar Challenge
