On Wednesday, we had our first music lesson with our glockenspiels.  We enjoyed learning the notes and played the note 'E' along to the music.

During Outdoor Week, Year Two have been studying the art work of Andy Goldsworthy. We will be using our designs to create a structural piece of art work that we will need to shape and join together. We observed our outdoor environment and made sketches to support our ideas.

We began our 'Outdoor Weeks' with a Tuesday Trek. It was a little too muddy to go onto the field so we trekked along the path and around the playground.

It was great to see the children and staff outside in the sunshine today. They all joined in with Trekking Tuesday, and walked around the field or the playground.

I managed a few laps of the playground too, as I didn't have my wellies!
