Lost and Found
This week we have begun to read a new story called - 'Lost and Found'. We have met a penguin and a boy in the story and the lost penguin even came to visit us in class! We are looking after hime well and will help him find his way home.
Fractions
This week we have been learning about fractions. We started by making a 1/2 and a 1/4 line on two plates. We then used fractions cards to split Smarties into halves and quarters. We discussed whether we would like to eat half or a quarter of the sweets.

Tracking Animals
In outdoor club, the children have been learning about tracking animals by their prints. The children then created their own animal tracks on our playground for the others to work out the animal. We had lots of fun and loved tracking the different animals.
