Today the Iman came into Year 5 to discuss the role of angels in the Islamic faith.
The children had lots of questions showing awe and wonder. Jorgie asked, “What happens if an angel doesn’t understand”. Rhys asked, “Do angels rest?” Pupils also learnt that in the Islamic faith, it is believed that there are two angels on their shoulders watching what they do and if they do something bad it can be erased by doing a good deed.
The children were fully engaged in the session and asked some amazing questions. We are so proud of how respectful they are of other faiths.
