This week, some of our parents came in to support their children in writing their letters to Father Christmas. We looked through the toy catalogues to help us decide which toys we would like! We had to write the address for Father Christmas clearly on the envelope. We put stamps on the envelope, talking about how there was a picture of the King on the stamps! We also learnt where on the envelope we put the stamp.
The Acorn room children really sensibly walked to the Post Office to post their letters in the post box. We cannot wait for our replies from Father Christmas!
