Year 2 have become aspiring historians this week and immersed themselves in beach holidays of a hundred years ago this week! As we are learning about holidays of the past we have been exploring sources of evidence to find out about them. These sources included a penny lick ice cream jar, Punch and Judy puppets and various holiday brochures from the past from traditional British holidays destinations like Scarborough and Llandudno. We will continue our learning next week with a trip to Lytham St Annes!
