In Y1 we have had lots of fun inside and outside of the classroom, this week, finding out all about halves of amounts. We opened cafe on Wednesday and the children were able to halve bananas, apples, cakes and Jaffa Cakes to serve to their customers. Also, the children showed great perseverance, on Thursday, as we played fun games to find halves of objects around the school grounds. What a fabulous week of learning!
