Key Stage One have started a new topic all about the seaside and as part of their learning in English Year 2 have been reading a book about plastic pollution in the ocean called ‘Somebody Swallowed Stanley’. Inspired by the book, Year 2 have been out in the local community picking up litter and discarded plastic, that can be binned or recycled. Filling 5 bin bags full of litter, they have definitely helped the community and local wildlife!
