We will be holding a parent phonics workshop in the hall.  During the workshop we will be looking at: 
 - How we teach phonics in Reception and Year 1 
 - Methods we use to support reading and writing in school 
 - How you can support your child with phonics at home through daily reading and phonics home learning 
 - A brief overview of the Year 1 phonics screening check and what it means for your child
