ICT at Albany

On Tuesday morning Year 5 visited Albany for an ICT lesson.  The children were taught how to use the Scratch program to code.  Mrs Noble at Albany was impressed by what the children could already do.  They all had a brilliant time and were able to make multiple robots dance by the end of the session.

Here is what some of the children said about the session:

I enjoyed coding because I got my sprite to do a front flip  -  Emma

I enjoyed making the robots dance.  I can now program a sprite to dance   - Freddie

I enjoyed learning how to flip the sprite around and I also enjoyed making my own block   - Rosa

I enjoyed going to Albany because I learnt how to program a sprite on Scratch  -  Harrison
