Engineering Week
This half term we have looked at materials and famous explorers. So we decided as a class that we would design and build a ship of our own.
First we looked at different materials to see which ones would be waterproof and therefore be used within our designs. After that we worked in pairs to design and then build our ships. As we built our ships we constantly modified our design to make them better.
We haven’t tested them yet but keep an eye our next week for our results. Will our ships be waterproof and not sink?
